Usage
In the food industry, it is used as bulking agent, dough improver, nutrition enhancer, emulsion stabilizer, etc. Such as the leavening agent for baking products, compound bread improver, fried food improver. It is also used in biscuits, milk powder, cold drinks, ice cream powder, as a nutritional enhancer or quality improver.

Packaging and storage
25kg / 50LB kraft paper bag, 1000kg container bag. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. It shall be stored separately from toxic and harmful chemicals.
