Performance and purpose

ATMP has good chelation, low limit inhibition and lattice distortion. It can prevent scaling salts from forming scale, especially calcium carbonate scale. The chemical properties of ATMP in water are stable and not easy to hydrolyze. When the concentration in water is high, it has good corrosion inhibition effect.

ATMP is used for circulating cooling water and oilfield reinjection system in thermal power plants and refineries. It can reduce the corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipeline. ATMP can be used as metal ion chelating agent and metal surface treatment agent in textile printing and dyeing industry.

ATMP solid is white granular, soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, easy to transport and use, especially suitable for winter cold area.

Usage method

ATMP is often compounded with other organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid or salt to form organic water treatment agent, which is used in the circulating cooling water system under various water quality conditions. The best dosage is 1-20mg / L, and the best dosage is 20-60mg / L when it is used as corrosion inhibitor.

Packaging and storage

The liquid of ATMP is packed in plastic barrels, 30kg or 250kg each; the solid of ATMP is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg each, which can also be determined according to the needs of users. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, keep away from moisture and sun. The storage period is 12 months.

ATMP is acidic, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and wash with plenty of water immediately after contact.
